Welcome to RD Innovative Planning
Hello, my name is Rysheema Dixon and I am the Chief Executive Officer & President of RD Innovative Planning. RD Innovative Planning is a strategy consulting business that I created in September 2011 after completing my two terms of service in Public Allies Delaware, an AmeriCorps program of the University of Delaware Center for Community Research and Service. I am a Community Development Strategist working toward creating a sustainable future for community members through projects and events to address local concerns and issues. Our two main goals are to: (1) motivate and inspire individuals and groups to take action in their communities and (2) collaborate with all stakeholders including businesses, funders, domestic/international development organizations, politicians, and individuals to provide equitable access and affordability to resources to underserved communities. Together with our customers, we will design long-term strategies and sustainable results. This goal is achieved through solid partnership with you and the community and enables RD Innovative Planning to incorporate the most effective solution to your business needs.
